On Sunday May 19,2013 a wonderful soul passed from this physical realm into Spirit. Shari was a kind, peaceful person who gave love to all people. She was a sweet and patient soul not asking much but instead giving of herself to others. I’m not sure those around her could comprehend or fully appreciate the loving
Spirit personified. Shari is survived by; her Mother, Dorthy Nicolai, her Father Norman Nicolai preceded her death. Her sister Veda Tobias, her nieces Sarah Tobias and Rachel Tobias and her nephew Timothy Tobias Jr. and her friends far and near.
I may be gone but not far away.
God gave me a blessing to reconnect with my family for a period of 5 years since I lived miles away for most of my adult life. God sent me home to be with them through illness that eventually granted me a wonderful MIRACLE to be relieved of the illness to enjoy sharing life with my family and to make new friends. I lived life to the fullest and I did it my way, were words that Shari would often speak.
This spring my illness returned to take me home to God. I thank God for giving me this precious time with my family and I can now be at peace I may be gone but not far away.
We love and miss you Share more than words can express.
Shari will be laid to rest in the family plot at Crown Hill following her Memorial Service, Sat. June 1st, 2013

Dearest Aunt Jane and Veda,
So sorry to hear of Shari’s passing and her long struggle with cancer. My sister, Brenda, called to inform me of the sad news. It sounds like she was a kind, gentle and caring woman. It has probably been fifty years since we were at your home for a visit. I vaguely remember Mom and Mammy Cook being there.
May your many loving memories of Shari and the love of family and friends sustain you through this most difficult time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
